Acai berry is one of the best antioxidants which fight the damage done to the skin and combat free radicals that are in our bodies. Free radicals happen because of the kind of food we take and the air we breathe. These enter into tissues and damage cell structures. Studies reveal that acai antioxidant can prevent from such damages. The benefits of acai are immense and effective. Further the berry has extensive fiber content and hence should combat free radicals with high cleansing properties. In addition to this, these improve metabolism to help the body burn fat and also hold back the appetite.

Free radicals when accumulated, cause premature aging and certain hazardous disorders which are wonderfully fought by the acai antioxidant. Hence, the skin glows as they are avoided and one month regular usage can do a lot good to you. Use a proportionate amount everyday and the desired result is assured.

The most important thing is that where you buy the acai berry matters a lot. For acai berries have to be processed within 24 hours after picking, for these are very delicate fruits. They are only available only in Amazon forests so you only get the powder and pulp from shops but ensure that they have the quality. Otherwise acai proves highly fruitful to treat your skin.
