Do acne and pimples occur to people with dry skin?

My skin is normal to dry and I have never faced acne in my teenage. However, now when I am 20 years old, I have started facing some bumps on my skin, mostly cheek and forehead. These bumps seem to be like mild acne, but I am still not able to understand the relation of these bumps with acne. A friend of mine who has acne advised me to use a sulfur soap to get rid of this mild acne, but since her skin is oily, I assume that soap might work effectively for her! I want to know from some skin expert whether acne and pimples can happen to a 20 years old like me, who has a dry skin, and has never had acne in her teenage! Please advise of something suitable. Thanks.

Some time the production is much more than in required quantity. This unrequired production of oil causes clog to the pores. Slowly the clog began to develop into a bump. People also with dry skill may suffer from this problem. The best way to remove them is the use of soap and water with suitability to your skill. It is advisable to use a cleanser as per the suitability of your skin. The person should try to a wash the face with warm water many times a day. The water should neither be to hot or cold. Since it is a kind of clogging, warm water will open the clogged pores. Vitamin E oil is the best facial cleanser for dry skin. Rub your skin gently so that it could penetrate into the skin.
