Please tell me that what can make me allergic to shaving cream.

I used shaving cream in the shower this morning, then I noticed red dots popping up everywhere on my body and there still there. Obviously I'm allergic but is this dangerous, and what is in the shave cream that I can be allergic to? It’s the kind that starts as a gel and as you rub it on turns to foam. Please tell me if anyone knows about it.

It can be possible that you must have had the red dots becauseyour skin is not supporting the cream. It is very difficult to mention thatwhich shaving cream must have caused it since your skin can be sensitive tosome of the creams and not all.

I can advise you to not use that specific product as you know thatit can cause you allergy. It can also be possible that you are using someexpired razor. Like an old razor can also cause red dots and allergies. Youshould change your razor within a stipulated time frame, like I change itwithin a time period of 6 days.

So I guess you should do that, change the razor and quit that specificshaving foam. It can also be possible that you can be using an expired shavinggel. So check all these things before shaving. And if none of it helps thenplease make sure that you show a dermatologist as soon as possible.
