Does Barratts shoes offer a good variety of small sized stilettos for women in early 40s?

My mom has quite small feet, she usually wears flats and Vans shoes as the brands sell quite comfortable stuff for her feet! I was wondering if Barratt shoes are somewhat similar in quality as Vans for feet like her. Her shoe size is 3, and this is a problem in getting suitable heels for her! Lately, my brother is getting married, and I wondered if I could gift a pair of nice stilettos for my mom for the occasion! I wanted to know from somebody whether Barratts shoes offer a variety of nice stilettos for the shoe size of my mom that would look appropriate of her age as well! Can you please help?
