I am really unhappy with the hair near my face and waist line. I have searched on the internet to gather some information on laser hair removal. While I was reading it my attention was grabbed with a piece of information which states that laser hair removal is not 100% effective and is without guarantee. After reading it I am little confused that now should I go for this or not?
