Is cream skin care good for wrinkles?

My age is thirty five and I am really worried as sign of aging is showing on my skin. I am facing problem of wrinkles and line on my face. I came to know from a friend that cream skin care is a product that is helpful in reducing sign of aging. I want to know that anyone used the product? Is it really worth using? Should I use age-defying day creme? Will it work? Kindly suggest me how can I overcome signs of aging? Thanks.
