creating Salt Scrub ?

The other day i heard about something new ,called a salt scrub. I have heard of the benefits of such kind of a scrub,but have never thought of making it at home.Its something new to explore and give a shot at.making the salt scrub is something i would want to surely try as it would help me in learning something new. I have blackheads near my nose and a salt scrub can alter them. what is the recipe of making a salt scrub and what are the raw materials needed for mixing in the right proportion to get a homemade salt scrub which can be cost effective too?Can rock salt be used too as a salt agent or is there any other type of salt that is used in salt scrub making.Give me a list of salt scrub recipes ,from whom i can choose.
