Tell me about Exfoliating cleanser for combination skin?

Can a man use exfoliating cleanser? You see I have very sensitive skin and I have combination skin. I cannot use just anything. I have to be very sure about what I use. Is an exfoliating cleanser by H2O good? If there is any other brand which best suites combination skin type, inform me. There is one more I would like to ask about and that is by Sebo. I need a strong one too as I am out 24X7.

Normal as we usually do when we face a problem we have is to go to a shop and buy a product to address this issue.

This works, because we are experts in the field advising and ended up buying something that is really fabulous. Although, unfortunately, often opting to just buy these products at drug stores or shops not so specialized, and those that often, instead of tackling the problem, just getting worse, blaming the cream. The cream is not at fault, the fault is not knowing what kind of personal skin we have.

Then explain in detail the types of skin and its main characteristics and possible solutions in most cases, should go great.
