I am 14 and my hair are very dry and frizzy. It has no shine and break out like any thing. I have some split ends also. I think this is because my hair hate sulphate and silicon and I am using it unknowingly since I was 8. My friend has suggested me to use Aubrey organic shampoo. I want to know will it really help me. Also tell me does it contain sulphate or silicon? Thank you.
