working in the office the entire day tends to make me tired and exhausted after which i need a break to relax myself.this constant work and meetings has resulted in all painful muscle tension that has accumulated in the neck and shoulder regions of my body.i wanted to ask if there was any equipment or product that can help in easing the neck and shoulder tension providing it ease and relaxation?i want the name of these products that can help me for working in peace .my neck and shoulder needs a good support as the recliners at office are not enough.
