I am sixteen year old girl and now I am learning on how to apply some basic makeup, like lip gloss and eye liner. As applying a lip gloss is not a problem for me, but the real problem starts when it is the time for eye liner. No matter how much I try to shape the liner, it always ends up looking sloppy and really large, giving it the dramatic effect. I want to know that how can I apply the eye liner in a way that it can look sexy, subtle and elegant? Please help.
