Please tell me how to apply eye liner?

Well, I think that you are using a dramatic stroke eyeliner and thats why it is drawn large and gives you dramatic look. I suggest you to buy an eye liner with soft line stroke. Always go for a branded product. Always apply liner as close as possible to your eye lashes. If you can see a space between liner and lashes, you need to go closer. You may need to practice a little before mastering this skill.
