I have honestly never used any heat protection for my hair when I use flat iron to straighten my hair. However, after going through a lot of articles about the benefits of using a heat protection product prior to use any heating product on hair, I thought I should clarify a few things. I want to know firstly, how does heat protection for hair work against the heat of a straightener or crimping machine! I would also like to know if heat protection serum is more effective than heat protection spray. Can somebody please advice?
