An ideal facemask that will make your skin feel silky and smooth, this mask is meant for people with normal skin. The honey and cream helps to add the moisture while dead cells are sloughed by using oatmeal. Here are the ingredients needed for this facemask.

Coca – 1/3 cup

Heavy cream – 3 tablespoons

Cottage cheeses – 2 teaspoons

Honey – ¼ cup

Oatmeal powder – 3 teaspoons

First, you need to form a nice paste by mixing all the ingredients, and then you should apply this pack on your face. After 10 minutes, use warm water to rinse the pack off.

This is a perfect choice if you want to take care of surface dirt and remove dead skin cells. Apples are rich in Vitamin C and A, and they have high potassium content as well. Brown sugar – 2 tablespoon

Granulated sugar – 2 tablespoon

Fresh applesauce or puree – 1 tablespoon

Cinnamon – 1/8 teaspoon

Mix the ingredients well by stirring, and apply this paste while you are bathing. You can also use this pack for your knees, heels and elbows. While you are applying the pack, make sure you do it in a circular motion, and rinse well. Do not forget to use a body lotion after your shower.

Note- In case you plan to use this pack for your face then it is advisable not to use granulated sugar since it can be rough on the skin. Instead, just use the brown sugar as it will be light on the skin and will not cause any damage.

Pure Honey – 1 tablespoon

Organic milk – ½ cup

Water – ½ cup

Uncooked oatmeal – ½ cup

Take a small pan and cook the ingredients for 5 – 6 minutes over medium heat. Once it is done, set it aside and let it cool down. Then take some honey and massage on your face before applying the mask. Using the upward stroke put the mask on your face and let it be for 10-15 minutes. Using a soft washcloth dipped in warm water, remove the mask from your face.

Green food coloring – 2 drops – Optional

Peppermint essential oil – 10-15 drops

Warm coconut Oil – ½ cup

Coarse sugar – 1 -2 cups

Take a jar, mix all the ingredients together, and store it. To get a good consistency, use sugar.  Keep this mixture aside, and use it at least once in a week before you shower. This will help your feet to relax and it will protect the skin of your feet.
