Thereare different types of eyeliners like pencil eyeliner, liquid eyeliner or cakeeyeliner you should use your dominant hand so you have more precision andcontrol. Use your index finger of your otherhand to push and tighten the skin you will be painting to reduce the tugging ofthe skin as you apply the eyeliner, while doing this you can look downward.
After that you have to make a line just above the lashes onyour eyelid, followed by an action in which you are again required to make another line but now on the lowereyelid. Make the line in the same way, tightening the skin and using the penciljust below the eyelashes. It is a golden rule that never share your eyeliner with anyone since it spreads eye infection
