I want to know how much liquid fish oil is healthy per day?

I was just wondering that how much liquid fish oil is healthy per day. This is not related to any disease, I just want to know this in general. If anyone knows then please tell me the exact amount. I was also wondering if anyone could tell me about some essential qualities that fish oil has.

I think at least 2 grams of omega 3 with at least 700 mg of EPA and 500 mg of DHA is ideal. This intake will also help you to control your weight and make you live in a healthy manner. This will also give you healthful benefits that are:

1. It will promote your health

2. It supports immune system

3. Boosts positive energy in mind.

You can also add salmon oil in your diet as it is a good substitute of fish oil. It is harvested and prepared with minimal processing to preserve the delicate omega three nutrients. When I stopped eating fish I suffered with great hair damage and loss. But when I started using this oil I found my problems resolving. You will be happy to know that it does not contain mercury and unlike most other fish oil products, this premium Wild Salmon Oil has no rancid fishy smell or taste. It has a pleasant, mild lemony taste and smell from the natural lemon oil in the antioxidant base. This oil also helps in skin problems like sign of aging by inhabiting inflammation. And it also protects the skin from photo aging.
