What are the natural source for vitamins other than apricots?

I've already been told apricot seeds are the best source of vitamin. I'm sure that they probably have a high value of b17, but is there something a bit more common? Is there any site that tells you the amount of b17 in different seeds or foods? Please help all of your advice and suggestions will be appreciated. Thanks in advance have a nice day.
