I have very dry lips. My lips are not chapped but they are very dry. Is there a Chap stick or lip balm that is the most effective for moisturizing dry lips. Iâve tried a few and none of them seem to work! As the winters are arriving so I need to know that what can I do to protect my lipsâ¦? What do you all recommend?
