Body scrub keeps skin beautiful and healthy through exfoliation. Scrubbing helps to remove dead skin and makes the skin softer and younger.
HOME MADE SCRUB
CINNAMON AND GINGER SEA SALT SRUB
1 cup sea salt,1 tbsp fresh grated ginger, ½ ground cinnamon, 1 cup olive oil.
Mix all the ingredients and use small amount in dry areas of the body. Use before or after shower.
OATMEAL AND GOAT MILK SCRUB
½ cup baking soda, ½ cup ground oat meal, 2 bags green tea, 1 cup goat milk, ½ cup jojoba oil.
Mix baking soda, ground oat meal, goat milk and jojoba oil. Cut the tea bags and pour it into the mixture. Keep the mixture in fridge and use it twice a week.
SOME QUICK HOME MADE BODY SCRUB
1. Mix 1 cup oatmeal and brown sugar. Add 1 cup olive oil and make it into a paste. Scrub in circular motion. Rinse in shower.
2. Mix 1 cup salt, 1 tsp shredded ginger and enough jojoba oil into a fine paste. Rub the paste into the body and rinse in shower.
3. Add enough vitamin oil to 1 cup sugar. Apply it before shower.
Homemade body scrub is the better than any chemical based scrub. Before scrubbing it is necessary to clean the body with fresh water and pat it dry. Scrubbing should be done twice a week. Homemade scrub is natural and makes the skin softer, healthier, radiant and smooth.
