Do ravel shoes come in small shoe size as 4?

My sister has really small feet and we usually buy shoes for her from kid’s shoes store. However, she is 13 now, and doesn’t like the make and designs of kid’s shoes for obvious reasons! I have heard of Ravel shoes and that they offer good and trendy shoes for a teenage girl with small feet! I would like to know if anybody has tried them. Her shoe size is 4! Do you think they have trendy and nice pair of shoes in this size?
