My hair is medium length, and I was planning to curl my hair for the upcoming wedding of my best friend. I am apparently the maid of honor at her wedding, and I thought a smooth soft curl as that worn by Katherine Heigl in movie 27 dresses for a beach wedding. However, I am keen on getting the rich dull blonde color as Katherine Heigl hair, and I am not able to get that color. My natural hair color is dark brown, and I want to know how can I get the perfect blonde color as Katherine Heigl, for my hair. Please advice appropriately! I shall be thankful to you guys!
