How can I get rid of static hair?

Due to the dry air my hair have become quite static. I have switched on to a more hydrating shampoo and conditioner for my hair but then also the problem is not resolving. I want to know what else can I do in order to get rid of my static hair and what are the things that can suit me?

Static hair is a common problem. It is more common during wintertime. You need to use humidifiers to prevent it. By using a humidifier, it will help you to get the hair back to normal humidity levels. Moreover, if you possess curly hair, your curls will get stronger with higher humidity. You must avoid brushing your hair frequently. It would be great if you rub a dryer softener sheet over the brush. This will enable you to even lower down the wake of the hair, before brushing. Another reason behind static hair could be the ingredients in your hair care products. You must use jojoba oil after washing your hair. This would add the natural amount of oil to your hair in a healthy way. Moreover, chemical fibers are apt to cause static hair. The major causes behind this are viscose and polyester. It is recommended that you switch to natural fibers. Make sure that you wear clothes made from cotton, silk or wool. These little alterations would help you to get rid of static hair problems.
