Yesterday a doctor was recommending sea buckthorn for weight loss on TV. I searched over net but find only 1 or 2 reviews about this. I want to know has anyone ever used this to lose weight. Was there any side effect of using it? Please tell me that how much time it takes to show the resultsâ¦
