My sister is coming down from New York and she asked me to decide what I wanted as a gift. I had the choices of a liquid or stick foundation. I have not used either. I am slightly puzzled about which one to choose. I told her to pick one, but she canât seem to make a decision for me. Which one would be less of mess and appear better when applied on the face. I do not like the foundation to be too prominent. Should I just ask for a powder one if it comes?
