I have a Halloween party at my residence and I have bought cow dress to wear in this party. I have searched a lot about cow eye makeup but even after reading these all I am not too sure that how should I apply it. As I am using it for the first time I donât want to end up in a mess so I want to know that how can apply eye makeup in my eyes to give it a tasteful look? Also tell me that is there any kind of precautions that I should take while applying it?
