Are k Swiss shoes comfortable for running sock-less for a long distance?

I don’t prefer wearing socks in my running shoes, as I feel uncomfortable in them, however the sneakers that I have feel really slippery after a long run, hence I am planning to change my shoes for another pair of running shoes now! I know about barefoot running, and many other shoes, but I would have to wear socks in them, whereas I prefer being sockless! I would like to know from you guys whether k Swiss shoes are comfortable for running sockless as I am considering buying a pair for myself! What do you people think about it?
