What do you know about tinted moisturizer?

Hey friends! I am living in Botswana where summer season is more prominent than any other season.That is the reason I have oily skin.I love swimming in summer days.I am looking for a moisturizer that should be tinted and must suits on my oily skin.Anybody know the best tinted moisturizer that suit on my oily skin?
