My eyebrows are quite few shades lighter than my coal black hair, and I usually dye them with black color, however, I have noticed that the dye is making my eyebrows even more lighter in shade, and this is precisely my concern. I have just heard about tinting eyebrows, but I am not sure about the technique. Moreover, now I have stopped using dye, and I apply eye pencil to darken the shade. I want to know from some makeup expert whether it is possible to get my eyes tinted from dark to shade now. I am 18 years old, and have never got anything done beyond threading for my eyes at the salon! Can you guys please help me with some suitable advice? Thanks.
