Is there any treatment for hair loss for women?

I'm 24 years old, and for the past year my hair has been thinning out by my bang area. I am on medication for migraines and headaches, I’m not really sure if it’s from that or not. Is there any cure for hair thinning? Can you recommend any products that work well specifically for thin hair? And please only advise products that you yourself have used, don't give me random answer. Please help.

Hi

Hair loss is nowadays a common problem. It can be due to stress, genetic factor, age factor, hormonal changes, excess dandruff, poor circulation of blood to scalp etc. Hair loss can be prevented using some tips:

1. Dry amla pieces and boil it with coconut oil. It is said to best hair tonic.

2. 3-4 hours before shampoo massage coconut oil on to scalp in circular directions. This increases the blood circulation and prevents hair loss.

3. Use herbal shampoo which contains a mixture of amla, reetha, and shikakai.

4. To prevent dandruff, mix 1/2 tablespoon of lemon juice in coconut oil and massage gently on scalp. Wash hair after one hour.

5. Castor oil or almond oil are also said to be effective in hair loss. Massage with this oil can also stimulate the hair growth.

6. Mehandi is also a good conditioner for hair and is effective in hair loss. Mix mehandi with egg yolk, amla, reetha, and shikakai powder. Apply it on scalp and hair. Keep it from 3-4 hours and then wash off. This conditions your hair; gives color and also prevent hair loss.

7. Mix egg yolk with coconut oil and massage gently on scalp. Leave for half an hour and then wash off. This conditions the hair as well as prevents hair loss.

8. Curd is also said to be effective in dandruff prevention. Add some lemon juice in it. Apply it on scalp and leave for 1 hour then wash off.
