I have a delegation that is coming down after three days and I look in shambles presently. Then when I asked my secretary that what I should be doing, she said that I should take the help of under eye concealer. How can I apply this under eye concealer for concealing these dark circles? So that when I attend the delegation I should not spoil my image as well as image of my company?
